   PREVALENT OVER MUCH OF THE WRN QUARTER OF THE CONUS...BUT WITH LIGHT
   WINDS.
   
   ...FAR SERN MT/NERN WY/NWRN SD...
   AN ENHANCED FIRE WEATHER THREAT SHOULD DEVELOP AROUND PEAK HEATING.
   EVEN WITH AN INITIAL WEAK COLD FRONT PASSAGE...TEMPERATURES WILL 
   WARM INTO THE UPPER 80S TO LOWER 90S. WITH DRY NWLY LOW-LEVEL
   FLOW...RH VALUES WILL FALL TO BETWEEN 12 AND 20 PERCENT. STEEP
   LOW-LEVEL LAPSE RATES WILL PROMOTE DOWNWARD MOMENTUM TRANSPORT WITH
   SUSTAINED WINDS LIKELY FROM 15 TO 20 MPH. A SECONDARY FRONTAL SURGE
   DURING THE EVENING WILL RESULT IN WINDS SHIFTING TO THE N/NE AND
   SUBSTANTIAL RH RECOVERY.
