   AND NRN ROCKIES...WHERE SEVERAL UPPER DISTURBANCES WILL MOVE FROM W
   TO E. THE NRN ROCKIES IMPULSE WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SURFACE COLD
   FRONT...WHICH IS EXPECTED TO ENTER THE NRN PLAINS BY LATE IN THE
   PERIOD. OTHERWISE...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE
   EXPECTED FROM PORTIONS OF THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST INTO THE GREAT
   BASIN AND DESERT SW.

   A BROAD UPPER TROUGH WILL BECOME BETTER ESTABLISHED OVER THE NWRN
   CONUS ON SATURDAY...RESULTING IN AN INCREASE IN MID/UPPER LEVEL
   WINDS OVER CA/NV INTO THE NRN ROCKIES AND PAC NW. WITH DAYTIME
   HEATING/BOUNDARY LAYER MIXING...WIND GUSTS OF 20-30 MPH MAY OCCUR AT
   TIMES OVER NRN CA AND WRN-NRN NV DURING THE MID TO LATE
   AFTERNOON...WHERE RH VALUES BETWEEN 10-20 PERCENT WILL BE POSSIBLE.
   HOWEVER...THE POTENTIAL FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS DOES
   NOT APPEAR HIGH ENOUGH TO WARRANT AN OUTLOOK AREA. ELSEWHERE ACROSS
   THE GREAT BASIN AND INTERMOUNTAIN WEST...DIURNAL THUNDERSTORM
