   POSITIONED OVER THE DAKOTAS SWWD INTO THE CENTRAL ROCKIES AND THEN
   WWD INTO THE GREAT BASIN. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG AND
   AHEAD OF THE FRONT. FARTHER W OVER NRN MT...A BRIEF PERIOD OF GUSTY
   WINDS AND NEAR CRITICAL RH VALUES MAY DEVELOP DURING THE AFTERNOON
   BENEATH A MODERATELY STRONG MID/UPPER LEVEL JET STREAM.
