   ND...WITH A COLD FRONT SWEEPING EWD ACROSS ERN MT AND INTO THE WRN
   DAKOTAS AND ERN WY. A LOW LEVEL THERMAL AXIS WILL EXTEND NNEWD ALONG
   THE FRONT...FAVORING MILD AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES AND LOW RH
   VALUES...WHILE THE UPPER TROUGH WILL FAVOR GUSTY WINDS. THESE
   FACTORS WILL LEAD TO NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

   MILD DAYTIME TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ALONG AND AHEAD OF
   A SURFACE COLD FRONT MOVING E ACROSS ERN MT. THIS WILL FAVOR STRONG
   BOUNDARY LAYER MIXING AS LOW LEVEL LAPSE RATES STEEPEN. AS AN UPPER
   LEVEL SHORTWAVE TROUGH APPROACHES THE REGION FROM THE W...GUSTY
   WINDS /NEAR 30 MPH/ WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY AS THE FRONT
   PASSES E. THE COMBINATION OF LOW RH VALUES /BETWEEN 10-20 PERCENT/
   AND GUSTY SURFACE WINDS WILL RESULT IN NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
   CONDITIONS. IF LATER INFORMATION SUGGESTS THAT SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS
   WILL BE GREATER THAN CURRENTLY ANTICIPATED...AND ARE EXPECTED TO
   OVERLAP LOWER RH VALUES...THEN AN UPGRADE TO CRITICAL MAY BE
