   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
AN UPPER TROUGH WILL CONTINUE SEWD ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES...EMERGING
INTO THE PLAINS BY MON MORNING. A COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM THE
CNTRL DAKOTAS INTO ERN CO BY LATE AFTERNOON...AND STRETCHING WWD
INTO SRN NV. GENERALLY COOL WEATHER WILL EXIST BEHIND THIS
FRONT...WITH STRONG NWLY WINDS ACROSS ID...MT...WY...AND INTO THE
NRN HIGH PLAINS. TEMPERATURES WILL BE COOLER WITH ONLY MARGINALLY
   LOW RH THIS AFTERNOON.

A SURFACE HIGH WILL BE CENTERED OVER THE PACIFIC NW AND WILL RESULT
IN DRYING. TO THE S...A VERY DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN OVER MUCH OF
CA AS WELL AS SRN NV AND AZ...BUT WINDS WILL BE MOSTLY LIGHT.
OVERNIGHT...E WINDS WILL INCREASE BOTH W OF THE ORE CASCADES...AS
WELL AS ACROSS NRN CA....RESULTING IN POOR RH RECOVERY.

ELSEWHERE...A MILD BUT VERY DRY AIR MASS WILL BE IN PLACE OVER THE
NERN STATES DUE TO A SURFACE HIGH...BUT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT.

   ...WRN OREGON INTO NRN CA...
HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE CENTERED OVER WA AND OREGON THIS
AFTERNOON...AND WILL SPREAD SEWD IN THE WAKE OF THE UPPER TROUGH. A
SURFACE THERMAL TROUGH WILL DEEPEN OVER INTERIOR CA THIS
   AFTERNOON...AND WILL BUILD NWD...EVEN OVERNIGHT...ALONG THE OREGON
COAST. NLY WINDS DURING THE DAYTIME WILL BECOME ELY BY MON
MORNING...BUT RH IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE PARTICULARLY LOW OVERNIGHT
ALTHOUGH AREAS OF GUSTY WINDS WILL DEVELOP.

INTO NRN CA...IT WILL BE WARMER WITH HIGHS IN THE 90S WITH MIN RH
AVERAGING NEAR 20 PERCENT. N TO NE WINDS WILL INCREASE OVERNIGHT AS
A SURFACE TROUGH DEEPENS ALONG THE COAST. THE GUSTY WINDS WILL KEEP
RH RECOVERY POOR IN SPOTS...BUT LEVELS WILL NOT BE EXTREME THROUGH
   SUNDAY NIGHT.

   ...SRN ID...
VERY STRONG NWLY WINDS WILL EXIST BEHIND THE UPPER TROUGH TODAY.
ALTHOUGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE COOLER AND RH LEVELS ONLY MARGINALLY
LOW...STRONG SUSTAINED WLY WINDS OF 20-30 MPH APPEAR LIKELY LATER
TODAY WITH HEATING AND MIXING. GIVEN MARGINAL RH LEVELS IN THE 20
PERCENT RANGE AND A RELATIVELY SHALLOW MIXING LAYER DUE TO COOLER
TEMPERATURES...ONLY A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT IS EXPECTED DUE TO THE
   WINDS.
