   INTO THE GREAT BASIN.  A PORTION OF THIS FEATURE WILL GRADUALLY
   EJECT NEWD DURING THE DAY AS AN UPPER LOW INITIALLY OVER THE NRN
   GREAT BASIN WEAKENS AND EVOLVES INTO AN OPEN TROUGH ACROSS THE NRN
   PLAINS.  AS THIS SYSTEM MOVES TOWARDS THE PLAINS...IT WILL INDUCE
   LEE CYCLOGENESIS INVOF SERN CO.  STRONG SWLY WINDS WILL LIKELY
   DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF THE S-CNTRL HIGH PLAINS.
   
   ...NERN NM / SERN CO / NWRN TX PANHANDLE...
   STRONG SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS /20-30 MPH/ WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE
   PROBABLE DURING THE AFTERNOON AS LAPSE RATES STEEPEN W OF A DRYLINE
   AND RESIDUAL SRN PLAINS FRONT.  THE LATEST MODEL GUIDANCE INDICATES
   MIN RH WILL LIKELY REMAIN AOA 20 PERCENT OVER THE AREA WITH MOST
   LOCALES IN THE 25-30 PERCENT RANGE DURING PEAK HEATING.  INITIAL
   MOIST STATURE OF FUELS ALONG WITH VERY MARGINAL MIN RH PRECLUDES A
   CRITICAL DESIGNATION.

   LOCATED OVER THE CA CNTRL VALLEYS.  ASIDE FROM SOME MODESTLY
   STRONGER LOW LEVEL ELY FLOW INVOF SRN CA ACCORDING TO THE LATEST
   GUIDANCE...FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL LIKELY REMAIN VERY LIMITED
