   ANALYZED THIS MORNING OVER THE PLAINS WILL MOVE E AND S ACROSS THE
   OHIO VALLEY AND INTO PARTS OF CNTRL TX BY WED MORNING.  FURTHER
   W...A WEAK CLOSED LOW OFF THE SRN CA COAST WILL MEANDER EWD OVER SRN
   CA WITH SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE EXTENDING FROM MUCH OF THE WRN U.S.
   EWD TO THE MS RIVER VALLEY.  AS SUCH...FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL
   LIKELY REMAIN VERY LIMITED CONUS-WIDE.

   CLOSED UPPER LOW OVER SRN CA AT THE START OF THE PERIOD WILL WEAKEN
   AND GRADUALLY MOVE EWD AND EVOLVE INTO AN OPEN TROUGH OVER THE
   DESERT SW BY THURS MORNING.  MEANWHILE A MID-UPPER ANTICYCLONE WILL
   REMAIN ANCHORED OVER FL AS A STRONG SHORTWAVE TROUGH EXITS THE NERN
   U.S.  A STALLED FRONT OVER THE DEEP S EXTENDING WWD INTO TX WILL
   SLOWLY RETURN NWD OVER THE SRN PLAINS WHERE LEE CYCLOGENESIS WILL
   OCCUR IN ADVANCE OF APPROACHING SWRN U.S. SYSTEM.  A VERY MOIST
   AIRMASS LOCATED OVER THE WRN GULF COAST WILL BE DRAWN NWWD AND
   NEGATE FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS OVER THE SRN HIGH PLAINS. 
   ELSEWHERE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE NRN HIGH PLAINS AND
   TN/OH VALLEYS.
