   AND MOVE EWD AND EVOLVE INTO AN OPEN TROUGH OVER THE DESERT SW BY
   THURS MORNING.  MEANWHILE A MID-UPPER ANTICYCLONE WILL REMAIN
   ANCHORED OVER FL AS A STRONG SHORTWAVE TROUGH EXITS THE NERN
   U.S.  A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE EWD OFF THE E COAST WITH THE TRAILING
   PORTION OF THE FRONT EXTENDING OVER THE DEEP S EXTENDING WWD INTO
   TX.  THIS FRONT WILL RETREAT NWD OVER TX WITH LEE CYCLOGENESIS
   OCCURRING IN ADVANCE OF THE APPROACHING SWRN U.S. SYSTEM.  FIRE
   WEATHER CONCERNS WILL LIKELY REMAIN MINIMAL AS STRONG WINDS
   CONCURRENT WITH LOW RH ARE NOT FORECAST.

   OF THE E AND W COASTS.  AT THE SURFACE...A LOW WILL GRADUALLY DEEPEN
   OVER THE SRN PLAINS AND QUICKLY MOVE NEWD TOWARDS THE LOWER OH RIVER
   VALLEY BY DAYBREAK FRIDAY.  A DRYLINE/PACIFIC COOL FRONT WILL MOVE
   EWD OVER THE SRN HIGH PLAINS AS A COLD FRONT SURGES SWD FROM CO INTO
   THE TX PANHANDLE BY 00Z/09.  GUSTY WINDS MAY DEVELOP POST-DRYLINE
   OVER PARTS OF THE SRN HIGH PLAINS DURING PEAK HEATING BUT MARGINAL
   NATURE OF FORECAST MIN RH AND D1-D2 PRECIPITATION WILL NEGATE THE
   FIRE WEATHER THREAT.
