   A LONG WAVE UPPER TROUGH ACROSS THE CENTRAL STATES WILL BE
   REINFORCED BY A SHORT WAVE TROUGH LOCATED ROUGHLY OVER SRN
   SASKATCHEWAN AS OF 06Z THAT WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SEWD INTO THE NRN
   STATES. MEANWHILE...CONFLUENT FLOW ALOFT AND HEIGHT RISES WILL
   CONTINUE TO ALLOW SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE TO STRENGTHEN AND DEVELOP
   SWD ACROSS THE INTERMOUNTAIN WEST. DESPITE A STRONG PRESSURE
   GRADIENT/BREEZY WINDS...TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COOL LEADING TO
   RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WELL ABOVE CRITICAL THRESHOLDS. THE EXCEPTION
   WILL BE ACROSS THE SWRN STATES WHERE RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP
   INTO THE TEENS...THOUGH WITH LIGHT WINDS AND COOL TEMPERATURES.
   FARTHER E...A COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EWD ACROSS THE
   ERN/SERN STATES...THOUGH COOL TEMPERATURES AND RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
   ABOVE CRITICAL THRESHOLDS WILL FOLLOW ITS PASSING.

   ARCING WWD/NWD THROUGH THE ROCKIES BY LATE AFTERNOON. COOL
   TEMPERATURES...LIGHT WINDS...AND RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ABOVE CRITICAL
