   BENEATH THIS RIDGE AND DRIER AIR OBSERVED ON WV IMAGERY PROGRESSING
   EWD WILL ALLOW WARMER/DRIER CONDITIONS TO RETURN TO THE SWRN
   STATES...THOUGH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL
   THRESHOLDS AND SURFACE WINDS WILL BE LIGHT. ELSEWHERE...A NEARLY
   STATIONARY FRONT IN THE SOUTHEAST WILL SLOWLY BEGIN TO MOVE SWD AS A
   COLD FRONT THROUGH THE PERIOD. COOL AND/OR MOIST CONDITIONS ACROSS
   THE COUNTRY WILL PRECLUDE CRITICAL AREA OUTLINES.

   ONSHORE LATE IN THE PERIOD. DRIER AIR MOVING INTO THE SOUTHWEST AND
   A STRENGTHENING UPPER RIDGE WILL LEAD TO A SLOW RETURN OF WARM/DRY
