   MS VALLEY. BEHIND THIS LOW...DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE CENTERED OVER
   THE GREAT BASIN...PROVIDING THE IMPETUS FOR OFFSHORE FLOW ACROSS THE
   SRN CA COASTAL RANGE. ELSEWHERE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN CENTERED
   OVER THE MID ATLANTIC WITH LOW AFTERNOON RH AND LIGHT WINDS ACROSS
   THE SERN STATES.
   
   ...SRN CA W OF THE COASTAL RANGE...
   GUSTY NELY WINDS WILL BE ONGOING THIS MORNING NEAR PASSES AND
   CANYONS WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 40 MPH ACROSS VENTURA AND LOS ANGELES
   COUNTIES.  RH WILL LOWER THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH MIN VALUES OF 15-20
   PERCENT AWAY FROM THE COAST AS HIGHS REACH THE 80S F. RH IS EXPECTED
   TO ONLY BE MARGINALLY LOW OVERNIGHT IN THE HILLS.

   LOCATIONS ARE LIKELY WITH LOW RH AWAY FROM THE COAST.
   ELSEWHERE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN ALONG THE E COAST WITH LOW
