   PRAIRIE PROVINCES TO THE UPPER MIDWEST BY SUNDAY MORNING.  AT THE
   SURFACE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL INFLUENCE THE WRN TIER OF STATES WITH
   AN INVERTED SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDING NWD ALONG PARTS OF THE W COAST.
