   AFTERNOON WITH A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH FROM THE CNTRL DAKOTAS INTO THE
   SRN HIGH PLAINS. SLY WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE PLAINS STATES IN
   RESPONSE TO THE DEEPENING TROUGH...BUT TEMPERATURES WILL BE COOL.
   ELSEWHERE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL COVER MUCH OF THE ERN U.S. WITH DRY
   AND MILD CONDITIONS WITH LIGHT WINDS.

   AND PRECIPITATION. A SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM WRN WY INTO
   SRN NV BY SUN AFTERNOON WITH GENERALLY MILD CONDITIONS AHEAD OF IT. 
   ELSEWHERE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP CONDITIONS MILD ACROSS THE
   MIDWEST AND INTO THE NERN STATES...AND SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS
