   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: MODERATELY STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS AND LOW
   HUMIDITY
   
   STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL BE ONGOING TUE MORNING AND WILL PERSIST
   INTO WED. LOCALIZED WIND GUSTS OF 40-50 MPH ARE LIKELY MAINLY
   THROUGH FAVORED PASSES AND CANYON AREAS. A DRY AIR MASS IS ALREADY
   IN PLACE EARLY THIS MORNING WITH RH IN THE TEENS...AND MIN RH INTO
   THE UPPER SINGLE DIGITS IS LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON INLAND WITH HIGHS
   WELL INTO THE 70S F. GUSTY WINDS WILL PERSIST OVERNIGHT WITH AREAS
   OF POOR RH RECOVERY.
   
   ALTHOUGH VERY LITTLE PRECIPITATION HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST SEVERAL
   WEEKS...OFFICIALS ON THE LOCAL LEVEL HAVE INDICATED THAT FUELS MAY
   NOT BE CRITICALLY DRY. PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL AGENCIES FOR SPECIFIC
   FUEL CONDITIONS IN YOUR AREA.

   A COOL BUT DRY AIR MASS WILL EXIST IN A POST FRONTAL REGIME. NWLY

   EXIST FROM NM INTO WRN AND CNTRL TX WITH MILD TEMPERATURES.
