   N/NELY LOW-LEVEL FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN OVER THE LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY
   LATE THU INTO EARLY FRI AFTER A COLD FRONT PASSES IN ASSOCIATION
   WITH A MID-LEVEL IMPULSE SHIFTING SWD INTO THE SOUTHWEST. MODEL
   FORECASTS REMAIN INCONSISTENT WITH THE DEGREE OF FLOW
   INTENSIFICATION FARTHER WEST ALONG THE SRN CA COASTAL MTNS.
   CONSENSUS SUGGESTS WINDS SHOULD REMAIN WEAK...BUT COULD BECOME
   LOCALLY MODERATE IN CANYONS/PASSES FROM THE INLAND EMPIRE SWD ALONG
   THE PENINSULAR RANGES. COOL TEMPERATURES /IN THE 40S AND 50S/ SHOULD
