   CLOSED LOW NEAR THE GREAT SALT LAKE BY SUNDAY MORNING.  SURFACE HIGH
   PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE CONDITIONS OVER MUCH OF THE E WHILE LOW
   PRESSURE DEVELOPS IN THE GREAT BASIN IN RESPONSE TO THE WRN UPPER
   TROUGH.  LOW RH/STRONG WIND CONCERNS WILL BE MINIMAL TODAY

   MID-LEVEL LOW BECOMES QUASI-STATIONARY ACROSS OREGON.  HIGH PRESSURE
   WITH ARCTIC ORIGINS WILL SPILL SWD IN LEE OF THE ROCKIES...WHEREAS
   FURTHER W...ONSHORE FLOW ACROSS CA IN CONJUNCTION WITH AN
   APPROACHING DISTURBANCE WILL LEAD TO RAIN/SNOW LATER IN THE DAY INTO
