   DISTURBANCE AHEAD OF THE LARGER SCALE TROUGH OVER THE WRN U.S. WILL
   MOVE INTO SRN CA BRINGING WITH IT THE CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION
   OVERNIGHT.  FURTHER E...A SHORTWAVE TROUGH OVER THE CENTRAL ROCKIES
   THIS MORNING WILL QUICKLY MOVE EWD TOWARDS LAKE MICHIGAN BY MONDAY
   MORNING.  IN SUMMARY...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE
   NON-EXISTENT ACROSS THE LOWER 48.
