   LOCATED OVER THE GREAT BASIN AND IT WILL RAPIDLY MOVE EWD TO THE MID
   MS/OH VALLEY REGION BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.  LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE
   FROM THE S-CNTRL HIGH PLAINS NEWD TO NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN AS AN
   ATTENDANT COLD FRONT SWEEPS EWD FROM PARTS OF THE PLAINS EWD TO THE
   SRN APPALACHIANS BY DAYBREAK WEDNESDAY.  STRONG TO EXTREME SW-WLY
   WIND GUSTS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS MUCH OF THE SRN HIGH PLAINS BUT
   NON-CRITICAL RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL LIKELY SERVE AS A LIMITING
   FACTOR FOR FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS ACROSS THIS REGION.
