   ERN NORTH AMERICA TODAY.  AT THE SURFACE...AN EXPANSIVE ANTICYCLONE
   WILL INFILTRATE MUCH OF THE CONUS IN WAKE OF THE DEPARTING SYSTEM
   OVER ERN CANADA AND N OF A SWD MOVING COLD FRONT OVER THE FL
   PENINSULA.  LOWER RH MAY OCCUR IN PARTS OF THE NERN GULF COAST BUT
   APPRECIABLE RAINFALL THE PAST FEW WEEKS...RELATIVELY COOL MAX
   TEMPS...AND SUB-CRITICAL WINDS WILL LIKELY INHIBIT A FIRE WEATHER
   THREAT.  ELSEWHERE...QUIET FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE.

   WEAK DISTURBANCES EMANATING FROM THE ERN PACIFIC WILL MOVE EWD OVER
   THE INTERMOUNTAIN W.  HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO LEAD TO
   TRANQUIL CONDITIONS OVER A LARGE PART OF THE LOWER 48.  NO CRITICAL
