   MONDAY. THIS FEATURE WILL AID IN DRIVING A SURFACE COLD FRONT ACROSS
   TX EWD INTO THE SERN STATES...WHILE HIGH PRESSURE AND COLD
   TEMPERATURES BECOME ESTABLISHED OVER THE GREAT PLAINS. A DRY/MILD
   LOW LEVEL AIRMASS MAY DEVELOP DURING THE AFTERNOON AHEAD OF THE COLD
   FRONT OVER SW TX...BUT WIND SPEEDS SHOULD BE RELATIVELY WEAK...WHICH
   WILL PRECLUDE THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
