   MASS WILL SPREAD EWD ACROSS THE GULF COAST STATES BEHIND A
   DEVELOPING LOW THAT WILL DEEPEN OVER FL AND MOVE UP THE MID ATLANTIC
   COAST BY SAT MORNING.
   
   GUSTY OFFSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGHOUT THE DAY MAINLY BELOW
   PASSES AND CANYONS OVER SRN CA. ONLY MODERATELY LOW RH IS
   ANTICIPATED WITH HIGHS REACHING THE LOW 70S F. REGARDLESS OF THE
   MARGINAL WEATHER CONDITIONS...FUEL CONDITIONS ARE NOT CRITICAL.
