   STRONG WLY WINDS AND MODERATELY LOW RH WILL BE FOUND OVER SW TX JUST
   AHEAD OF A SURFACE COLD FRONT. FARTHER W...COOL BUT DRY AIR WILL
   REMAIN OVER SRN CA AN AZ WITH GUSTY NW WINDS AT TIMES.
   ELSEWHERE...COOL AND DRY WEATHER WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE SERN/ERN

   A LARGE UPPER TROUGH WILL REMAIN SITUATED ACROSS THE CNTRL U.S. WITH
   A DEEPENING SURFACE CYCLONE OVER THE MID MS VALLEY. VERY STRONG
   WINDS WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW BOTH BEHIND IT ACROSS THE
   PLAINS AND AHEAD OF IT INTO THE MIDWEST. NWLY WINDS BEHIND THE COLD
   FRONT WILL COMBINE WITH MODERATELY LOW RH NEAR THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY
   AND INTO DEEP S TX FOR MARGINALLY CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS DURING
   THE AFTERNOON. 
   
   ELSEWHERE..A SPRAWLING AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL COVER MUCH OF THE
   INTERMOUNTAIN W WITH VERY COOL AND DRY CONDITIONS. COOL AND DRY
   WEATHER WILL PERSIST OVER THE MID ATLANTIC AND NERN STATES WITH HIGH
   PRESSURE.
   
   ...TX RIO GRANDE VALLEY...
   A COOL BUT DRY AIR MASS WILL SPREAD ACROSS S TX IN THE WAKE OF A
   COLD FRONT. NWLY WINDS OF 20-30 MPH APPEAR LIKELY BY MIDDAY WITH RH
   DIPPING INTO THE 20-30 PERCENT RANGE. THIS MAY RESULT IN MARGINAL
   FIRE CONDITIONS FOR A FEW HOURS IN THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL
   DECREASE QUICKLY AROUND SUNSET WITH GOOD RH RECOVERY OVERNIGHT.
