   NWLY WINDS AND MODERATELY LOW RH WILL BE FOUND ACROSS THE RIO GRANDE
   VALLEY INTO DEEP S TX. BEHIND THE TROUGH...A WEAK UPPER RIDGE WILL
   BE LOCATED ALONG THE W COAST...WITH A STRONG AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE
   OVER THE GREAT BASIN. DRY OFFSHORE FLOW WILL OCCUR OVER SRN CA WITH
   LOCALLY STRONG WIND GUSTS W OF THE COASTAL RANGE. AHEAD OF THE MAIN
   TROUGH...COOL HIGH PRESSURE WILL EXIST ALONG THE E COAST.

   STRONG NWLY WINDS OF 25-35 MPH WILL OCCUR ACROSS MUCH OF CNTRL AND
   SRN TX IN A POST FRONTAL REGIME. ALTHOUGH TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY
   REACH THE 60S...RH WILL DROP INTO THE 25-30 PERCENT RANGE AT PEAK
   HEATING.

   GUSTY NELY WINDS ARE LIKELY MAINLY ACROSS VENTURA AND LOS ANGELES
   COUNTIES BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS. MIN RH IS LIKELY TO BE MARGINALLY
   LOW AT 15-20 PERCENT WITH HIGHS IN THE 60S.
