   SHIFT EWD FROM THE OZARKS TO THE DEEP S...THEREBY WEAKENING THE
   PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE SERN U.S. AS IT MOVES INTO
   THE REGION.

   EXTENDED PERIOD OF COOL/DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA
   SUPPORTING MIN RH/S IN THE 20-35 PERCENT RANGE ACROSS INTERIOR FL
   LOCALES.  SUSTAINED WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO GENERALLY BE LIGHT /AROUND
