   STATES AND FL PENINSULA THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...AND THEN EXIT
   ACROSS THE ATLANTIC DURING THE NIGHT. AT THE SURFACE...HIGH PRESSURE
   WILL SLIDE SEWD FROM THE GREAT PLAINS INTO THE LOWER MS VALLEY
   REGION. EAST OF THE SURFACE HIGH...N-NWLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO
   MAINTAIN A DRY BUT RELATIVELY COOL AIRMASS ACROSS THE SERN CONUS SWD
   INTO THE FL PENINSULA.
   
   ...CENTRAL AND SRN FL PENINSULA...
   EARLY MORNING SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE A DRY AIRMASS IS
   ADVANCING SWD ACROSS THE FL PENINSULA...CHARACTERIZED BY DEWPOINTS
   RANGING FROM THE TEENS OVER NRN FL TO 20S-30S OVER THE SRN
   PENINSULA. THIS AIRMASS WILL FAVOR MIN RH VALUES IN THE 20S AS
   MODEST SURFACE HEATING TAKES PLACE SUNDAY MORNING AND AFTERNOON. AT
   THE SAME TIME...MODEL GUIDANCE INDICATES SUSTAINED WINDS OF 10-15
   MPH WILL BECOME PROBABLE...WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 20-25 MPH. THESE
   FACTORS WILL CONTRIBUTE TOWARD ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
   ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE CENTRAL AND SRN FL PENINSULA. HOWEVER...A
   CRITICAL OUTLOOK AREA WILL NOT BE ASSIGNED DUE TO HIGH TEMPERATURES
   ONLY AROUND 50 DEG F...IN ADDITION TO A LACK OF PROLONGED
   DRYNESS/DROUGHT.

   HIGH...VERY DRY AIR WITH AFTERNOON MIN RH VALUES IN THE 20S AND 30S
   WILL BE LIKELY AS HIGH TEMPERATURES BEGIN TO SLOWLY MODERATE. THIS
   DRY AIRMASS WILL CONTRIBUTE TOWARD ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
   ACROSS THE GULF COAST STATES...BUT THE WEAK WIND SPEEDS WILL
