   MORNING. A SECOND STRONGER TROUGH OVER CNTRL MS WILL QUICKLY
   FOLLOW...MOVING OFFSHORE OF COASTAL NEW ENGLAND OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL
   DRIVE A COLD FRONT AT THE SURFACE EWD...EXITING THE COAST BY
   EVENING. 
   
   MEANWHILE...AN INITIAL UPPER IMPULSE WILL MOVE THROUGH THE PACIFIC
   NORTHWEST IN THE MORNING...AND A STRONGER TROUGH WILL MOVE THROUGH
   THE SAME REGION OVERNIGHT. COOL/MOIST CONDITIONS WITH THESE SYSTEMS
   WILL LIMIT ANY FIRE THREAT.
