   AFTERNOON WITH HIGH PRESSURE AT THE SURFACE. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL
   RISE TO AROUND 4000-5000 FEET BUT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT. A MARGINAL
   FIRE THREAT IS POSSIBLE GENERALLY S OF A TAMPA TO CAPE CANAVERAL
   LINE WHERE KBDI VALUES ARE MODERATELY ELEVATED. RH LEVELS WILL
   RECOVER QUICKLY DURING THE EVENING WITH COOL OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES.
