   PLAINS AS A VIGOROUS UPPER DISTURBANCE MOVES SWD FROM THE PRAIRIE
   PROVINCES INTO THE NRN PLAINS.  LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP IN LIEU OF
   THE SRN ROCKIES AS A SURFACE COLD FRONT PUSHES SWD ACROSS THE CNTRL
   PLAINS.  QUIET FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS AGAIN BE PERVASIVE ACROSS THE
