   SUSTAINED NORTHWESTERLY WINDS UP TO 10-15 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 20 MPH
   ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP BY MID DAY...BEFORE WANING DURING THE LATE
   AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION...A LOWER DEWPOINT AIRMASS IS EXPECTED TO
   ENTER THE NRN HALF OF FL...WHICH WILL AID IN RH VALUES FALLING INTO
   THE 30S AS TEMPERATURES WARM INTO THE 40S AND 50S. THOUGH THESE
   CONDITIONS SUGGEST ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE
   POSSIBLE...A LACK OF PROLONGED DROUGHT/DRYNESS ALONG WITH RECENT
   PRECIPITATION WILL PRECLUDE A CRITICAL OUTLOOK AREA FROM BEING

   PRESSURE WILL RESULT IN WEAK SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS...PRECLUDING A
