   DETERMINISTIC GUIDANCE RANGING FROM UPPER 20S TO LOW/MID 40S...AND
   ENSEMBLE MEAN NEAR 40 PERCENT. BASED ON COORDINATION WITH LOCAL
   OFFICES...POTENTIAL IS HIGH ENOUGH FOR SUFFICIENT DURATION OF 35
   PERCENT RH VALUES ALONG WITH SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS OF 15 MPH /WITH
