   THE GREAT PLAINS SPREADS SEWD TOWARD FL. THIS WILL USHER IN COOL
   BREEZY CONDITIONS ALONG WITH A DRY LOW LEVEL AIRMASS.

   A COLD CONTINENTAL AIRMASS CHARACTERIZED BY SURFACE DEWPOINTS IN THE
   TEENS AND 20S RESIDES ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS INTO THE SERN STATES
   EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. THIS DRY AIRMASS IS FORECAST TO MOVE INTO FL
   THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING AND AFTERNOON...WHICH WILL PROMOTE
   POTENTIALLY CRITICAL LATE MORNING/AFTERNOON RH VALUES AS
   TEMPERATURES WARM TO AROUND 50 IN THE PANHANDLE TO THE 60S IN THE
   SRN PENINSULA. HOWEVER...COOL TEMPERATURES OVER THE NRN HALF OF
   FL...ALONG WITH ONLY MARGINAL SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS EXPECTED ACROSS
   THE REMAINDER OF THE STATE WILL PRECLUDE A CRITICAL OUTLOOK AREA

   MODEL FORECAST GUIDANCE INDICATES THE HIGHEST PROBABILITY FOR
   SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS APPROACHING 20 MPH /WITH GUSTS PERHAPS AS HIGH
   AS 30 MPH/ DURING WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON WILL BE ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
   E-NE CENTRAL FL PENINSULA. MEANWHILE OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE
   STATE...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS WILL LIKELY BE AROUND 15 MPH. IN
   ADDITION...AS TEMPERATURES WARM TOWARDS 60 DEG F OVER CENTRAL
   FL...RH VALUES MAY APPROACH 35 PERCENT FOR SEVERAL HOURS IF
   DEWPOINTS CAN HOLD NEAR 30. A CRITICAL AREA MAY BE NECESSARY WITH
   THE NEXT DAY 1 OUTLOOK FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL FL IF MIN RH VALUES
   ARE FORECAST TO BE LOWER THAN CURRENT GUIDANCE INDICATES.
