   THE REMAINDER OF THE PENINSULA. HOWEVER...WITH THE RELAXING SURFACE

   FLOW ALOFT WEAKENING AS WELL...SUSTAINED NWLY WIND SPEEDS ARE

   TX AS WEAK SURFACE LOW PRESSURE BEGINS TO MATERIALIZE ACROSS THE
   REGION. THOUGH WLY WINDS MAY BECOME GUSTY AT TIMES DURING THE
   AFTERNOON...CURRENT MODEL GUIDANCE INDICATES SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS
