   OVER THE WRN ATLANTIC. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE REGION AND
   NAM FORECAST SOUNDINGS INDICATE THERMODYNAMIC PROFILES WITH A WELL
   MIXED LAYER TO AROUND 870 MB. GIVEN EXPECTED SUNNY SKIES AND
   MODERATELY STRONG BOUNDARY LAYER FLOW... NWLY SFC WINDS WILL
   INCREASE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON TO AROUND 15 TO 20 MPH. RELATIVE
   HUMIDITIES WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S THIS AFTERNOON.
