   UPPER LEVEL LOW DROPS SOUTH ALONG THE PACIFIC COAST. AN UPPER LEVEL
   RIDGE FROM ERN TX TO MN WILL BE SANDWICHED BETWEEN A CLOSED UPPER
   LOW OVER THE CNTRL ROCKIES AND A DEEP TROF ALONG THE ATLANTIC COAST.
   THESE FEATURES WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT EWD THROUGH THE PERIOD.

   SFC HIGH PRESSURE SITUATED OVER MOST OF THE ERN CONUS WILL BRING
   CONTINUED DRY NLY FLOW. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL ONCE AGAIN FALL
   INTO THE UPPER 20S TO LOW 30S. SFC WIND SPEEDS WILL BE LIGHTER TODAY
   /AOB 10 KTS/. LIGHT WINDS COUPLED WITH COOLER THAN NORMAL
   TEMPERATURES AND INCREASING OVERNIGHT RELATIVE HUMIDITIES SHOULD
   LIMIT THE OVERALL THREAT.

   ACROSS THE GULF AND ATLANTIC COASTS WITH A DEEP TROF JUST OFFSHORE

   DRY NLY BOUNDARY LAYER FLOW /AOB 10 KTS/ WILL CONTINUE AND RELATIVE
