   BELT OF STRONG H7 FLOW IN BETWEEN DEPARTING PLAINS SYSTEM AND
   APPROACHING DISTURBANCE MOVING TOWARD THE REGION FROM THE GREAT
   BASIN WILL BE CONDUCIVE FOR WIDESPREAD STRONG WINDS ACROSS A LARGE
   PART OF W TX AND SERN NM.  MODEL FORECAST SOUNDINGS DEPICT STEEP
   LAPSE RATES IN THE BOUNDARY LAYER WHICH WILL AID IN DEEPER MIXING
   AND ENABLE SOME HIGHER MOMENTUM FLOW TO THE SURFACE WITH SUSTAINED
   WINDS 20-35 MPH AND HIGHER GUSTS.  AN ANTECEDENTLY DRY AIRMASS
   EMANATING FROM THE PLATEAU REGION TO THE W WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION
   LEADING TO MIN RH RANGING FROM 10-20 PERCENT...RESULTING IN CRITICAL
   FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
