   CONTINENTAL AIRMASS INTO THE REGION. MODEL GUIDANCE SUGGESTS THAT
   MIN RH VALUES COULD APPROACH 35 PERCENT AS TEMPERATURES WARM THROUGH
   THE 60S TO AROUND 70. HOWEVER...GIVEN THE ANTICIPATED WEAK SUSTAINED
