   SLY WINDS WILL INCREASE AHEAD OF A STRONG SFC COLD FRONT APPROACHING
   FROM WRN MT. MODEST HEATING WITHIN A DRY AIR MASS AHEAD OF THE FRONT
   WILL YIELD AFTERNOON RH VALUES IN THE LOW TO MID 20S. PRESSURE
   GRADIENTS WILL TIGHTEN DURING THE DAY AS A SFC CYCLONE DEEPENS OVER
   AB. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS INCREASING TO AROUND 15-20 MPH /GUSTS TO
   25-30 MPH/ ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP BY LATE MORNING. 
   
   AN ABRUPT CHANGE IN WIND DIRECTION TOWARDS THE WNW WILL OCCUR WITH
   COLD FROPA...WHICH IS EXPECTED TO REACH THE WWD EXTENT OF THE RISK
   AREA BY 22Z. FORECAST MODEL GUIDANCE INDICATES LOW-LEVEL LAPSE RATES
   WILL REMAIN STEEP IN THE POST-FRONTAL AIR MASS...AND WILL AID IN
   MIXING DOWN WINDS WITHIN A STRENGTHENING VERTICAL KINEMATIC PROFILE.
