   SLY AOB 15 MPH WITH SOME GUSTS AROUND 20 MPH...LESSENING THE THREAT
   OF WIND DRIVEN FIRES. GIVEN THE LACK OF RECENT RAINFALL AND ONGOING
   DROUGHT OVER PORTIONS OF THE AREA... LOCALLY CRITICAL CONDITIONS MAY
   DEVELOP...ESPECIALLY WHERE FUELS REMAIN VERY DRY AND HAVE NOT YET
   BECOME GREEN.

   COORDINATION CENTER...FUELS REMAIN LARGELY UNFAVORABLE FOR LARGE

   DEEPENING OVER NW TX THIS AFTERNOON. BEHIND THIS TROUGH...DRY WLY
   WINDS WILL EXIST FROM AZ INTO W TX. TO THE N...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE
   CENTERED OVER THE GREAT LAKES WITH LOW AFTERNOON RH AND WEAK WINDS
   THERE. THE DRY AIR WILL SPREAD NWWD INTO THE NRN PLAINS WITH
   AFTERNOON GUSTY WINDS. ELSEWHERE...A STRONG UPPER TROUGH WILL ENTER
   THE PACIFIC NW LATER TODAY...WITH STRONG SLY WINDS OVER WA/ORE BUT
   ALSO AN INCREASE IN MOISTURE.

   VALUES RANGING FROM THE UPPER SINGLE DIGITS TO THE LOWER TEENS.

   THE FOUR CORNERS AREA WITH VERY WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS AND LIGHT
   WINDS. TO THE E...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE CENTERED OVER THE CNTRL
   APPALACHIANS...BUT WILL EXTEND NWWD INTO THE GREAT LAKES AND UPPER
   MS VALLEY WITH LOW HUMIDITY. TO THE E...AN UPPER TROUGH AND SURFACE
   COLD FRONT WILL AFFECT NEW ENGLAND WITH GUSTY NWLY WINDS AND LOW
   HUMIDITY FOR A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT.

   NWLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO NEAR 15 MPH SUSTAINED BY THU AFTERNOON
   WHEN VERTICAL MIXING IS MAXIMIZED AND TEMPERATURES RISE TO 75-80.
   THIS WILL PRODUCE MIN RH PERHAPS AS LOW AS 30 PERCENT FOR A MARGINAL
   FIRE THREAT WHERE FUELS ARE DRY.

   A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL EXIST ACROSS ERN MT AND WY THUR
   AFTERNOON. THIS WILL HELP STRENGTHEN THE PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN
   IT AND THE HIGH TO THE E. SELY WINDS OF 15-20 MPH WILL RESULT...WITH
   HIGHER GUSTS. MIN RH SHOULD REACH 25-35 PERCENT AS TEMPERATURES RISE
