   SUMMARY...THE THREAT FOR TORNADOES AND DAMAGING WINDS CONTINUES
   ACROSS SERN-SRN INDIANA AND WRN KY.  DESTABILIZATION E OF WW
   12...THOUGH MARGINAL...WILL LIKELY MAINTAIN A SEVERE WEATHER THREAT
   WITH EWD EXTENT INTO PARTS OF CENTRAL KY...AND FAR SERN INDIANA AND
   SWRN OH BY 10-11Z...GIVEN THE STRENGTH OF THE SYNOPTIC SYSTEM.
   
   DISCUSSION...AT 0805Z...REGIONAL RADAR IMAGERY SHOWED A QLCS
   EXTENDING FROM EAST CENTRAL-SERN INDIANA SWWD THROUGH WRN KY...WRN
   TN...AND NERN TO SWRN MS.  THE PORTION OF THE LINE LOCATED IN WW 12
   WAS MOVING EWD AT 20-25 KT...WHILE INDIVIDUAL BOWING SEGMENTS WERE
   TRACKING NEWD AT 50-65 KT...WITH THE LATTER SPEED ATTENDANT TO THE
   BOW IN WRN KY /WRN OHIO TO NRN LOGAN COUNTIES/.  A STRONG SLY LOW
   LEVEL JET IS MAINTAINING AN INFLUX OF MOISTURE WITH NWD EXTENT WHICH
   IS RESULTING IN MUCAPE OF 200-300 J/KG PER OBJECTIVE ANALYSES
   LOCATED ALONG AND E OF THE QLCS INTO CENTRAL KY AND OH.  EFFECTIVE
   BULK SHEAR UP TO 50 KT WITH VECTORS ORIENTED NEARLY PARALLEL...
   THOUGH CROSSING AT A LITTLE ANGLE TO THE QLCS WILL MAINTAIN
   ORGANIZATION WITH BOWING SEGMENTS POSING A THREAT FOR TORNADOES AND
   DAMAGING WINDS. WSR-88D VWP DATA IN NWRN KY INDICATED VERY STRONG
   LOW LEVEL SHEAR /SFC-1 KM CLOSE TO 50 KT/ AND 0-1 KM SRH AROUND 600
   M2/S2.
