   SUMMARY...A SEVERE TSTM WATCH WILL BE COORDINATED SHORTLY FOR PARTS
   OF NORTH TEXAS AHEAD OF THE DEVELOPING LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS. SEVERE
   HAIL AND WIND WILL BE THE MAIN THREATS.

   DISCUSSION...ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS HAVE BECOME FAVORABLE FOR
   SEVERE STORMS AND A WATCH ISSUANCE WILL BE COORDINATED BETWEEN THE
