   THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 136
   CONTINUES.

   SUMMARY...THREAT FOR MAINLY DAMAGING WIND AND LARGE HAIL WILL
   PERSIST NEXT HOUR OR SO ACROSS DEEP SOUTH TX...BEFORE ACTIVITY
   BEGINS TO MOVE OFFSHORE.

   DISCUSSION...COLD POOLS HAVE MERGED AND STORMS HAVE EVOLVED INTO A
   LINEAR MCS ACROSS DEEP SOUTH TX MOVING ESEWD AT AROUND 30-35 KT.
   ORGANIZED STRUCTURES CONTINUE TO BE OBSERVED ESPECIALLY ALONG NRN
   PORTION OF THE LINE WHERE A ROTATING COMMA HEAD FEATURE AND BOW ECHO
   ARE INDICATED IN BROOKS COUNTY. THIS PORTION OF THE LINE MAY BE MORE
   PERSISTENT AND WILL HAVE THE GREATEST THREAT FOR DAMAGING WIND AS IT
   CONTINUES INTO KENEDY AND PART OF WILLACY COUNTIES. FARTHER
   SOUTH...00Z BROWNSVILLE SOUNDING SHOWS A MODEST INVERSION AROUND 850
   AND 700 MB. CONVECTIVE INHIBITION WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE WITH
   ONSET OF NOCTURNAL COOLING...SUGGESTING SRN PORTION OF THE LINE MAY
   CONTINUE TO STRUGGLE AS IT DEVELOPS SEWD TOWARD BROWNSVILLE.
