   MESOSCALE DISCUSSION 0363
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
   0607 PM CDT SAT APR 18 2015

   AREAS AFFECTED...WRN NEB...NERN CO...NWRN KS

   CONCERNING...TORNADO WATCH 75...

   VALID 182307Z - 190000Z

THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR TORNADO WATCH 75 CONTINUES.

SUMMARY...TORNADO THREAT APPEARS TO BE DECREASING A BIT ACROSS
WW75...ESPECIALLY THE WRN AND SRN HALF OF THE WATCH.

DISCUSSION...WHILE SCT CONVECTION CONTINUES ACROSS THE NRN TWO
THIRDS OF WW75...BUOYANCY IS SOMEWHAT LIMITED AND THE MOST INTENSE
UPDRAFTS ARE NOW DEVELOPING FARTHER EAST ACROSS NCNTRL KS/SCNTRL
NEB. SHEAR PROFILES REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR ROTATING UPDRAFTS AND
GIVEN THE RELATIVELY LOW LCL LEVELS...ISOLATED TORNADOES CANNOT BE
RULED OUT. HOWEVER...OVERALL SEVERE THREAT APPEARS TO BE
   WANING/SHIFTING EAST.
