   CONCERNING...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 125...

   THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 125
   CONTINUES.

   SUMMARY...AN ISOLATED SEVERE THREAT MAY DEVELOP ACROSS SE NEB...FAR
   NW MO AND SW IA OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. WIND DAMAGE AND HAIL WILL
   BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER CELLS. ALTHOUGH THE THREAT SHOULD
   REMAIN MARGINAL...WW ISSUANCE TO THE NORTHEAST OF WW 125 CAN NOT BE
   RULED OUT LATER THIS EVENING.

   DISCUSSION...A SMALL CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE IN THE
   CNTRL PART OF WW 125 TO THE NORTHWEST OF MANHATTAN KS. OTHER STORMS
   ARE LOCATED NEAR LINCOLN NEB. THE WRF-HRRR IS FORECASTING THIS
   CONVECTION TO EXPAND IN COVERAGE ACROSS THE MCD AREA OVER THE NEXT
   FEW HOURS. THIS ACTIVITY IS LOCATED ALONG A SHARP GRADIENT OF
   MODERATE INSTABILITY EXTENDING NNEWD ACROSS SERN NEB WHERE SFC
   DEWPOINTS RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S TO NEAR 60 F. THIS COMBINED WITH
   TEMPS IN THE LOWER 90S F ARE CREATING LARGE TEMP-DEWPOINT SPREADS
   WHICH MAY ENABLE THE MORE INTENSE CELLS TO PRODUCE STRONG WIND
   GUSTS. HAIL WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE AS WELL.
