   THE SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 244
   CONTINUES.

   SUMMARY...STORMS MAY UNDERGO A BRIEF INCREASE IN INTENSITY OVER
   SCNTRL AND S TX BETWEEN 22 AND 2230Z FOLLOWED BY A DIMINISHING TREND
   BY 23Z.

   DISCUSSION...STORMS ASSOCIATED WITH A POORLY ORGANIZED MCS ARE
   MOVING SEWD AT 25 TO 30 KT. OUTFLOW FROM THIS ACTIVITY IS IN THE
   PROCESS OF MERGING WITH STORMS DEVELOPING SLOWLY NWWD ALONG THE SEA
   BREEZE. SOME OF THE STORMS WILL LIKELY UNDERGO A BRIEF INCREASE IN
   INTENSITY WITHIN THE ZONE OF ENHANCED CONVERGENCE ASSOCIATED WITH
   THE BOUNDARY MERGERS WHICH WILL SUPPORT A THREAT FOR DOWNBURST WINDS
   AND MARGINALLY SEVERE HAIL. HOWEVER...AN OVERALL WEAKENING TREND IS
   EXPECTED BY 23Z.
