   Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 421...

   Valid 192332Z - 200030Z

   The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 421
   continues.

   SUMMARY...Severe threat will decrease from west to east across WW421
   with leading edge of squall line expected to exit the watch shortly
   after 20/00z.

   DISCUSSION...Long-lived MCS is progressing steadily southeast at
   45-50kt and should exit the eastern portions of WW421 within the
   next hour. Damaging winds remain likely along the leading edge of
   the squall line and this is the primary threat as the MCS moves
   toward southern WI/northern IL.
