   PROBABILITY OF WATCH ISSUANCE...95 PERCENT

   SUMMARY...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH WILL BE ISSUED SOON TO ACCOUNT
   FOR STRONG/SEVERE CONVECTION SPREADING NORTHEAST ACROSS SERN GA
   TOWARD COASTAL SC.

   DISCUSSION...NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS HAVE EVOLVED ALONG LEADING EDGE
   OF THICKER CLOUD CANOPY/PRECIPITATION SHIELD FROM NERN FL INTO SERN
   GA.  OVER THE LAST HOUR OR SO THIS ACTIVITY HAS CONGEALED AND
   APPEARS TO BE EVOLVING INTO A N-S SQUALL LINE THAT IS EXPECTED TO
   SPREAD NEWD TOWARD COASTAL SC.  STRONG SHEAR SHOULD MAINTAIN THIS
   DEVELOPING COMPLEX OF STORMS AND SEVERE WIND GUSTS APPEAR TO BE THE
   GREATEST RISK.
