Central and northern Illinois Iowa Southern Wisconsin Northern Missouri Far southwestern Michigan Northwestern Indiana * HAZARDS... Widespread damaging winds, some hurricane force Several tornadoes, a few intense Widespread large hail, some baseball size * SUMMARY... Numerous severe thunderstorms capable of large hail, tornadoes, and swaths of damaging wind are expected today into tonight over portions of the Midwest and lower Great Lakes. More widely scattered severe storms will be possible over the south-central Plains. Preparedness actions...
