   ...DISCUSSION...
   A large-scale upper-level trough will remain across the eastern
   two-thirds of the nation tonight as an upper-level low moves south
   southeastward into the upper Mississippi Valley. At the surface,
   high pressure will be entrenched across the eastern U.S. as another
   cold front moves southeastward across the Great Plains. As a result,
   a dry airmass will remain in place across most of the CONUS limiting
   the potential for thunderstorm development through early Monday
   morning.
