   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS
     SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI

   * EFFECTIVE THIS FRIDAY MORNING FROM 135 AM UNTIL 900 AM CDT.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     A FEW TORNADOES POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 1.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE

   THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 90 STATUTE
   MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 15 MILES WEST OF BATESVILLE
   ARKANSAS TO 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF POPLAR BLUFF MISSOURI.  FOR A
