   TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 132
   NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
   810 PM CDT TUE MAY 5 2015

   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     NORTHWEST AND WEST TEXAS

   * EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 810 PM
     UNTIL 100 AM CDT.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     A COUPLE TORNADOES POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 75 MPH POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED VERY LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE

   SUMMARY...ISOLATED SUPERCELLS MAY SUSTAIN A TORNADO THREAT FOR A FEW
   HOURS THIS EVENING.  SOME ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND ENLARGEMENT OF
   SEVERE-STORM THREAT IS POSSIBLE BEYOND ONGOING STORMS.  SEE SPC
   MESOSCALE DISCUSSION 513 FOR METEOROLOGICAL DETAILS.

   THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 45 STATUTE
   MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 55 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ABILENE
   TEXAS TO 125 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF ABILENE TEXAS.  FOR A

   PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

   REMEMBER...A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR
   TORNADOES AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH
   AREA. PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR
   THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS
